Free Shipping UK Mainland

Eligibility: Free shipping on all orders within the UK Mainland.

Delivery Days: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM (GMT).
Orders placed before this time begin processing the same day.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard Delivery

Estimated Delivery Window: 4–10 business days.

Handling Time:

Minimum: Same day (for orders placed before the cut-off time).

Maximum: 3 business days (to allow for processing and quality checks).

Transit Time:

Minimum: 3 business days.

Maximum: 7 business days.

Delivery timelines may be adjusted for national or local public holidays.

Important Notes

Multiple Items: We aim to ship all items together where possible. However, due to size or weight variations, items may arrive in separate packages.

Upon Delivery:

Please inspect your items immediately.

Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery.

Report faulty items within 14 days of delivery.

Ownership & Responsibility: Ownership transfers to the customer upon full payment and successful delivery. DiningFurni is not responsible for damage reported beyond the specified timeframes.

Order Cancellations

Before Dispatch
You may cancel part or all of your order within 3 days of purchase if it has not yet been dispatched. A full refund will be issued promptly upon confirmation.

After Dispatch
If your order has already shipped:

You may refuse delivery upon arrival. A 15% restocking fee will apply and be deducted from your refund.

If delivery has been accepted, contact us within 14 days to arrange a return. A collection fee may apply.
Refunds are issued once the item(s) are received and inspected at our distribution center. Applicable restocking or collection fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.
