What are your shipping options and timelines?
UK Mainland Delivery: Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days after purchase. Delivery usually takes 7–14 working days depending on your location.
Highlands & Islands: Delivery may take longer, usually up to 10 working days, and may include an additional charge.
Dispatch and Tracking: We notify you when your order ships and provide tracking details. -
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also log into your account on our website to check the status. -
What delivery services do you use?
We partner with trusted couriers who provide standard doorstep delivery. -
What if my item arrives damaged or incomplete?
Inspect packages before accepting. If you see visible damage, note it on the delivery note or refuse delivery.
If damage or missing parts are found after acceptance, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the case. -
Can I return an item because I changed my mind?
Yes. Under UK distance-selling regulations, you have 14 days from the day after delivery to cancel your order. After notifying us, you have another 14 days to return the item. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility (unless the item is faulty). Original delivery fees are non-refundable. -
How do I start a return or report a fault?
Email support@diningfurni.co.uk or use our website contact form. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. We will reply with instructions and a return label if needed. -
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take a few extra days depending on your bank or card provider. -
Are there any fees for returns?
Change-of-mind returns: You cover return postage and original delivery costs are not refunded.
Faulty or incorrect items: We cover all shipping and replacement costs.
Some items such as hygiene-sensitive products may not qualify for returns. Check product listings or contact us. -
